We police Britain's railways, providing a service to rail operators, their staff and passengers across the country. We also police the London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, the Midland Metro tram system, Croydon Tramlink, Tyne and Wear Metro, Glasgow Subway and Emirates AirLine.

NSAR was established in 2010 by the rail industry as a non-for-profit membership organisation. We have an expert team of consultants that support our membership organisations and clients on a range of projects across the rail industry and other sectors.

The Rail Forum is a national industry body with strong regional connections, based at the heart of one of the largest clusters of rail companies in the world.

For over 165 years, we have offered a helping hand to the people behind the UK’s railways and their families when life throws up the most difficult challenges – such as illness, injury or financial hardship.

Railway Children protects vulnerable children at risk of being lost to the streets across the UK, India and Tanzania.

The Railway Industry Association (RIA) champions a dynamic UK rail supply sector. We help to grow a sustainable, and high-performing railway as well as promoting UK rail expertise and products to international markets.

Young Rail Professionals (YRP) was founded in 2009 to promote, inspire and develop the next generation of railway talent. YRP brings together people from all aspects of the industry, whether they are involved in engineering, asset management, train operations, strategic planning, maintenance, franchising, regulation, marketing or human relations. We are open to any early career rail professional.
