CARNIVAL! has come to Big Rail - and it’s time to strut your stuff on the catwalk in your most daring, brightest and flamboyant headpiece! You’ll have 10 minutes to create three looks before hitting the runway in front of adoring crowds. Will you create this year’s must-have accessory - or will your hat be a flop?
