We are delighted to be supporting this years Women in Rail, Big Rail Diversity Challenge which certainly lives up to its billing as being a fun event with a serious message. The event provided a perfect opportunity for people to work together and showcase the very best results diversity can bring - whether that be gender; ethnicity, faith, disability or age. It was also a great chance colleagues for colleagues, partners and competitors form across the industry to meet and discuss some of the challenges we face.
