The Big Rail Diversity Challenge
S&C North Alliance is a partnership of Amey, Rhomberg Sersa and Network Rail to deliver Switches and Crossings (S&C) renewals and enhancements across two thirds of the UK. By combining innovative technology and methods from Europe with UK engineering expertise, we are helping to build a safer more efficient and reliable rail network.
Our Alliance approach is transforming how S&C systems and associated works are delivered in the UK; minimising disruption to rail users and delivering savings for our customers.
Our success depends on challenging convention and introducing better ways of working, so building a truly diverse workforce that bring a wide range of ideas and perspectives is really important to us.
