The core mission of Routes into Rail is to inspire and educate a new generation of rail industry talent. For us to effectively showcase that rail has a career for everyone, it is vital to support efforts to champion quality, diversity and inclusion in the industry. The Big Rail Diversity Challenge provides a unique and engaging platform for rail organisations to demonstrate their commitment to these values and have fun – that’s why we are getting involved!
