Quinn Infrastructure can provide standalone disciplines or a multi-disciplined offer for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Building Fabric Projects and Maintenance schemes. We can act as both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor. Our full UK rail coverage comes via a network of strategic hubs from London in the South East, Birmingham in the Midlands, through to Liverpool in the North West.
Quinn Infrastructure hold a Principal Contractors Licence (PCL) for Network Rail Infrastructure, enabling us to deliver safe, fully managed infrastructure solutions. We have a number of current contract frameworks throughout the UK direct with Network Rail and other main contractors.
Our knowledge of the TFL network comes from decades of infrastructure asset management experience. The team at Quinn Infrastructure has a proven track record for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Building Fabric Maintenance across the entire Transport for London (TfL) portfolio. The benefits of our work have been successfully applied across London Underground (LU), Docklands Light Railway (DLR), London Overground (LOR) and London Tram assets.
Our service offering includes design, build, operation and maintenance across all rail networks and is delivered by competent and accredited resources that are fully approved. This allows us to deliver end-to-end solutions that are in the very best interests of our customers in order to optimise the whole life of the asset.
