The Big Rail Diversity Challenge

The Central Railway Systems Alliance (CRSA) brings together the collective strength of the four parent companies Atkins, Balfour Beatty, Network Rail and TSO to develop, design and deliver rail systems renewals and railway enhancement projects across the large geographic regions of the North West and Central and Eastern regions, from London to the Scottish Border.

This alliance provides us the unique opportunity to be involved in design and delivery on some of the UK's most exciting rail systems renewals and enhancement projects, and the variety of work provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for exciting career development. The CRSA has a fully committed workbank and is contracted until at least 2029.

The Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA) is supporting The Big Rail Diversity Challenge and Women in Rail because diversity and inclusion is extremely important to the organisation. We want people from all walks of life to have a long, rewarding and successful career in the rail industry and we know a diverse and inclusive work force is the key to unlocking potential. We also want more women and ethnic minorities to join the rail industry as well as encourage and develop the women that already work for us.
