AEGIS is delighted to be supporting the Women in Rail's Big Diversity Challenge again because the initiative is a great match to our Core Values.

Currently, 34% of our employees are women and we have a 41% female led SLT too. Our % of women employees has grown 8% in the last 2 years, and we only see that % growing more in the next few years too.
