With a continuous RISQS certifications and national presence, our in-house, highly skilled and experienced workforce of circa 90 offer multi-functional solutions throughout the GRIP process. From early contractor involvement, consultancy, design, build, testing, commissioning, entry into service and maintenance, our in-house safety-focused, highly skilled, experienced and dedicated workforce deliver a one-stop solution.

In the early 2000s, Kelly Rail was formed by their parent company, Kelly Group, to target the network, signalling and communication opportunities within the UK rail industry and it has grown rapidly over the years.
Established in 1985 to support the emerging UK cable television market, Kelly Group has diversified to meet the needs of our clients.
